Clive Ramskill BSc BA (Hons) MSC MRICS

Clive is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, specialising in dispute resolution and avoidance and providing advice on commercial and contractual issues. He has over 32 years experience working in the Construction Industry having worked in private practice, contracting and sub-contracting. Clive has a BSc in Quantity Surveying, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration.
| Gary is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Adjudicator and Arbitrator and also regularly acts as Expert Witness He is a visiting lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. Gary specialises in advising Main Contractors and Specialist Sub-Contractors on dispute avoidance, dispute resolution, contractual legal issues and on the quantum aspects of disputes. Gary first began in the Construction Industry in 1971 and has worked in both PQS and Contracting Organisations. Gary has acted as an Adjudicator on more than 200 occasions and regularly provides advice in the adjudication process. Gary has a diploma in Arbitration and is a fellow of the RICS and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. |
Nick has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor, specialising in various dispute resolution methods (Negotiation, Adjudication, Arbitration). Nick represents companies in negotiation and adjudication, insolvency, commercial management, formal and informal claim preparation and quantity surveying.
Nic is a Planning and Programming Consultant and Delay Analyst. Nic’s background is in Mechanical Engineering having worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the nuclear industry and as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for the construction of new hydro power stations in India and South Africa. Nic’s twelve years experience in Project Management is supplemented by seven years as a Mechanical Engineer. Nic has a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield University and has been a Chartered Engineer (CEng) since 1994.
David Tatham BSc (Hons) GDip (Law) MSc ICIOB

David is a Construction Contract Consultant qualified to MSc level who is also experienced in Planning and Programming. He also has experience as a Site Engineer having worked on a range of projects for a major contractor. David has successfully completed his MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Dispute Resolution in 2010.

Mark is a Quantity Surveyor with nearly 10 years’ experience of working with both main contractors and consultants. He has worked on projects with main contractors ranging from £7.5m through to a £65m PFI scheme. Since joining Ramskill Martin he has worked on a number of disputes ranging from £50k up to £1m as well as EOT and Loss & Expense claims worth up to £0.5m. Mark is looking to become a chartered member of the RICS in the near future.
