Welcome
We are pleased to announce that as of February 2023 we will be joined by John Roberts who takes on the role of Consultant.
John is a Senior Planner with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the De Montfort University.
He joins us from his previous role as a Senior Planner from Tilbury Douglas, and we are thrilled to have him on board.
John brings a wealth of experience in the Construction Industry, and we are confident that his presence will be a great asset to the team. We look forward to working together and utilising John’s expertise.
We are also pleased to announce that as of March 2023 we were joined by Olivia Botchett who takes on the role of Sales Executive.
With over 10 years’ experience of working within Sales Teams, Olivia brings a passion for building and developing strong business relationships. Working closely with the directors to support sales activities as well assisting with research and identifying new targets.
Away from work Olivia enjoys being outdoors, listening to live music and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.

Candidates should have a Construction related Degree and have worked for a number of years in either, dispute resolution/avoidance services and advice; or a contracting organisation with involvement in managing claims/disputes.
It would be advantageous for the candidate to have a second qualification. Although, Ramskill Martin will provide training and support the successful candidate in their pursue of further formal training.
